Hi I can't seem to get this to work on my x flip 4 and can't get the app to work says my phone is unable to use it can anyone help?

Make sure your phone is on the latest update. Make sure all apps are up to date. You could try uninstall then installing Samsung wallet again.

That's unusual for both not to work !

Who supplied the phone to you may I ask ?

If a phone is a grey import then that can cause issues sometimes.

Go into About Phone and under Software information tell us what the last three alphabetical letter are in the Service Provider Software Information section is please.

Also check with your bank that they allow Samsung Wallet services.

Clear the apps cache via Settings > Apps > Choose the App > Storage > Clear Cache.
