Samsung news feed not loading links

Hi. Recently the Samsung news feed to the left of the home screen only loads a few of the stories when clicked. The rest just give a blank screen with 'upday' in the top left.

Is there a problem with the service?

Possibly try wiping the cache partition on the device and that should resolve the issue. Hope this helps! 😁

@Shenarah Hello, try these steps. Go to Applications and look for the Upday app, in Storage clear the cache and Data. Check if it has been solved.
If the problem persists, turn on Show system applications and find the System app UI, clear the cache, reboot and check. Greetings.
