What happens when you try to launch the app @Members_OKPBaqU
i.e do you see any error pop ups etc ?
Check the apps permissions etc please.
You could try going into Settings, Apps, Music App, Storage, Clear Cache.
If that does not help then try https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to hook up to a Computer or insert your esrphones to enter into recovery mode.
If that does not help then try https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/
Finally try another music app from the Playstore to see if another app works.
