I've worked on this for a few hours now. The issue is not clearing cache and adjusting resolution. Adjusting resolution does allow saving but not what you've edited as a shortened version. I am fed up with this phone. Why is it not possible to take a 32 second video and save the first 25 seconds only?
Note I am not trying to create a smaller file of an original video. I am cropping out and removing a segment, but it does not work. I can make the 32 seconds to 16 seconds but it's the entire original video. I am trying to delete a portion. Do I need to put this into my old MS movie maker and crop it that way? That's convenient.
I am not seeking basic troubleshooting here, I've already been there done that repeatedly. It DOES NOT WORK. For the cost of this phone it's very disappointing, don't think I will buy Samsung again.
