Samsung Free not showing Videos on Z Fold3

Hi Folks,

On my Fold 2 and Nole 20 Ultra I can see videos in the Free section but on my Fold 3 I am getting:

Any idea why this might be?

Have you had any issues setting up Samsung Pay on the phone? It might be related the issues others are having with the phone thinking it's in a different region than it actually is due to software issue.

Please follow the below steps which will either resolve or better help us understand what's happening with your new Galaxy Z Fold3. 

1. Restart your Fold3
2. Check that you're on the latest software in Settings 
3. Check for updates on Samsung Free
4. Let us know how you get on!
