Recently picked up my Samsung Fold 3 phone off a chair and it had a black line approx 5mm perfectly down the fold joint. It wasn't there 5 minutes earlier. The phone is still under warranty. I sent for diagnosis and I am informed the screen is damaged and will cost €560 to repair. The phone has been protected in a Samsung protective case since bought. Repair centre identifies to marks on phone , scratches as the "damage" . Very dissatisfied with this outcome . Especially when I read the amount of times this has happened to customers. Has anyone had a better outcome on this issue, has Samsung ever taken responsibility for this occurrence ? Thank you .
