Samsung flip 4

Hi, I've got the Samsung flip 4 in gold/pink but in the outer case it feels like there is a protective film over the pink part, which makes the phone look matt. I'm sure it's supposed to be shiny.

If it is a protective film how do I remove it or is it supposed to say on..

There is no protective film there, the only film I recall was the single piece that wraps around the whole phone and the strips around the edges of the phone.

Mine was the Graphite one and I can't imaging there would be anymore protective film on the different colours but you never know.

The phones are supposed to have shinny edges and matte main colour.

If possible take a close up picture of the edge of what you believe to be the film.
