As far as I'm aware the Flip phone's have not been recalled for any reason.
Some people including myself with the Fold³ have had the inner screens factory fitted screen protector delaminating on the crease.
It's a plastic screen protector.
I gently peeled mine away and now use it without one.
Samsung apply a 24 month warranty so if you wish ask a Samsung Service Centre to assess the phone.
