My Flip 3 5G with less than an year still under warrenty only works with power cable pluged in. Battery issue.
Sent to Samsung for repairs and Samsung text me that the phone needs the screen replaced!!! And I had to pay £399,00.
I am shocked as the phone had never fallen and it always has been inside a case.
And because of that the warrenty is void, they really want me to pay for a phone defect.
So I end up with a £1200 phone with a defect battery and Samsung wants to replace the screen, and wants me to pay for it.
Guys stay away of the Flip phones from Samsung.
