Samsung Flex / Upgrade programme

Hi all, logged into my upgrade lounge today to see that Klarna is no longer an option (Thank god!) But I am wondering with Samsung Flex if I go ahead will Samsung still settle my Klarna account from last year?

I don't wanna get the Fold5 on flex and then be stuck paying the Klarna side aswell.

Maybe a daft question but I'd rather make sure.

I've just gone through the steps to the very end on my upgrade lounge and klarna is still the option for existing upgrade programme so I'd expect it to still be settled. I was confused as the first tfew pages talk about flex, but when you get to the end the 24 month klarna upgrade option is still there.

I didn't bother though, it's 15 quid a month more than I pay for my fold 4, the only difference being it folds flat. No thanks!

Last year after a week, I got an email with a 15% discount code which really brought the price down. Dont even get a free case this year, just 50% off.

It's strange then because I also went to the very end and no mention of Klarna, and the Samsung flex works out £11 per month cheaper, with an higher end payment.

It's really strange but I'd like it confirmed as I'd be happy to ditch Klarna for Flex if the option is to be believed.

Did you go through to the very end payment stage after picking your delivery slot etc? I think it was the second page where flex is an option, but a message pops up at the top saying for existing upgrade customers you can't add anything else to the basket

Yeah I went right to the place order page after all the delivery options etc, I am pretty sure something my end is not right... I'll ring the upgrade team tomorrow.

Not sure if you have spotted but you can add the £100 discount code and still complete the Upgrade Program purchase. It made mine exactly the same price as the Fold 4 last year, £1649

Exactly why I didnt upgrade

I have seen that, but last year they sent me a 15% discount code for the fold 4 a week after release bringing it down to 1400.
