I used the Samsung care and now WEFIX, the company that works for SAMSUNG, refuse to give me an invoice with my company name, my phone Is a work phone and I have the invoice from Samsung with my company details, they send me an invoice with the booking detail. For the booking I gave the details of my house, I was on holidays, so they sent the van to fix the home.
Spoke with Samsung and they are telling me that as I booked the repair with those details those are the details in the invoice they don't want to provide me the invoice with my company name and I also used my company card to made the payment.
So looks like you only can get a invoice for your company if you fix the phonee at your bussines, what is a nonsense.
