I need help, I just recently had my new phone Z fold 4. Moved everything from my old phone with smart switch.  

All was OK. Up until I pressed on personal data.. now I can't access my Samsung cloud and can't sync or back up. 

Called Samsung and they couldn't help. 

Has this happened to anyone?? Can anyone help??

May I ask what Samsung Customer Support have advised when you've explained what's happening  ?

I'm wondering if it's worth factory resetting and don't use Samsung Smartswitch but instead use your Samsung Cloud Backups 🤔

I have tried several times to explain to Samsung that it is locked not only on my phone but even when I try to log on through a computer.
