Samsung care plus free year

Has anyone managed to register for this.  I've clicked on link to claim but don't see how to do it. Help would be appreciated

I had to claim mine at checkout stage when i signed upto upgrade programme

It has an option to claim it now but doesn't seen to give an option

If it's anything like last year it won't recognise the serial/imei to register until carrier settings are pushed out

It was like that when I claimed case. Just sent a pic. Wish was like last year as was sent out with phone
