Samsung 4 fold - How do you go about claiming the free case?

I purchased the new phone yesterday I believe in get a free case but I don't know how you go about getting this can anyone help

I initially went for bespoke flip 4 and it was automatically added to cart then changed my mind to non bespoke and it disappeared so I just ordered 1. Not sure if it's bespoke phones only

You need to claim it
You will need a copy of the proof of purchase and your IMEI number

Sometimes the IMEI number doesn't work so get a screenshot of it ready to upload on the page it asks for it
