Galaxy Z Fold | Z Flip
Hello all. I have an mp3 saved in a folder. When I got to settings-ringtone and choose + to add it as the ringtone it doesn't show in the list of mp3s to add it. Any advice. Thanks

@andygill Hello, put the file in the Internal memory/Ringtones folder and check again. If it is still not recognized, it is probably an incompatible file. Try another one. Greetings.

Hello @andygill 

I use zedge.com to get my ringtones and zedge also puts the tone in the correct section in the phone and also allow you to directly choose it as the tone so you'll be able to choose it.
