Registration of Flip5 for my rewards

Hello I've tried registering my Galaxy Flip5 and my Watch6 Classic but when I put it through this message comes through with it.

Additional services are limited for products not purchased in your current location.
Please check for the country location of purchase.

Both purchases were made  through the Samsung UK web site but it won't give me my rewards etc.

Can anyone help

If you logged into your Samsung Account when you made the purchase.
Then reward points will be added to your account after a month.
If you didn't log in when you purchased. Then you won't get credited with reward points. You will need to see if Samsung Customer Support can help

As for the message. Have you checked you are logged in to the UK website.

Personally I'd use the Samsung Internet App

Thanks for the reply, after the purchase I would log in to check the order had gone through and to check when it had been despatched.If I don't receive the reward points I'll contact customer support. It does say on my receipt how many point I'm entitled to.

I registered my Flip 5 and Galaxy watch 6 and mine are both stating in registered products as not being purchased in your current location, the same as yours.

Both my purchases were made on Samsungs UK website.

The one thing I did notice is the model number that should have shipped for the Flip 5 was SM-F731BZAHEUB and I received SM-F731BZAHEUX.

I did speak to customer service and they were effectively useless in answering this query.

All the freebies like Buds 2 Pro, £75 Playstore voucher, £50 galaxy store voucher and 12 month Disney + all went through fine, I also believe the Reward+ points will land in my account after the required time has passed.

Hi I have just checked my status information and it’s the same as yours . I will try and contact them and see what happens It is a SM-F731BZAHEUX as well

F731BZAHEUX. The EUX CSC code, (Country Specific Code), is for all Samsung stock, non carrier or country branded, phones sold in the European Union and U.K. This CSC code is usually the best one to have as it usually receives quicker updates and beta firmware.

Would you mind letting us know the outcome of your contact with customer service.

You may want to check if Samsung Pay app starts without an error or if Samsung Free app, listen section is in Dutch Language, if it is do the following.

Hold down the power button and Volume button together for 15 seconds, your phone will turn off and restart, once restarted you need to follow the instruction on screen basically your phone will restart and complete the setup of Android, Samsung Pay will work and Samsung Free app listen section will be in English.

I'm not sure if this is a Software glitch or if this SM-F731BZAHEUX was destined for the Dutch market, Samsung could not answer this.

Hi it took 2 weeks but I received my bonus points for my flip5 and watch6. Happy buyer
