Hi! Welcome to the samsung members community.

Go to settings- Display- Accidental touch protection and turn it on.

Numbers don't auto-fill? You'd have to type a word VERY wrong for it to auto-fill vastly differently, though it does happen- in my experience anyways

How strange- assuming this hasn't been an issue before?

Go to settings- Security and privacy- Auto Blocker and turn off. Go to phone amd type *#0*# this should open up a testing screen- click on "TOUCH" does the screen seem to be working as normal?

Problem is it changes stuff and auto replaces. A spelling mistake works out better but if replaces the whole word with something different if your not careful and you typed something wrong by accident. Numbers it corrects too for some reason. For eg for my keyboard suggests fireball firewall fire??? And for 650 its suggests 6th a post code and 1000s. Its not smart or helpful hence i turn it off. I make mistakes all the time in spelling but its better than the alternative of using wrong words that change the meaning.

Each to their own experiences; I normally just swipe type, then use the AI spelling and grammar and adjust after.

The autocorrect learns based on what you normally type, so I suppose the more you teach it, the more it meets the user's needs. But if you would rather just be less lazy than I and turn it off, that's fair.

I used to use it, its still learning, i just turned it off as i hate it. For me i had it turned on for years and it doesn't make what i type faster or better. I generally dont like swipe or gestures. Im a fast typer and i just find it a nuisance. Its ok for simple responses but i prefer details and thats where it lacks. I just find it much more efficient to type it in my self.
