Purchased a Samsung Galaxy zFold 5 on the 27th September how to claim promotion

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy zFold 5 on the 27th September I was told I could claim a promotion but i can't find anything apart from the promotion that started on the 29th of september, Help please

Was it a Samsung promotion or a retailers promotion?

What was the promotion for?

Could you not ask the person who told you about the promotion, for more details.

Yeah this is all I can find but this is purchases from 29th September but I bought it on the 27th September, thank you tho

When I bought it they said there was a promo on but wasnt sure what was on offer and gave me no details. This is why I feel a little clueless on where to look

I have the same issue, my purchase was on the 24th Sept and the above link doesn't work due to it being for the old promotion.  Is there a link for the September promotion?
