Hi, 

Having just acquired a fold 3 through Vodafone UK, a couple of weeks ago I filled in the relevant bits on the promo website for the starter case and watch 4, I have had emails back saying that they are looking at it etc, just wanted to know how long the process takes

Hi i done the same on the 29th dec got approved straight the way the starter case came within a week still waiting for the watch which says 45days and not heard nothing since hope this helps

There's normally a time period you have to wait to claim
After you claim, it can take a while before you get sent the items.
Especially if they are out of stock.
It normally goes through a third party claims handler company.
They will be the ones you need to contact if you have any issues.
Just got to be patient I'm afraid

Got my phone 5 days ago, claimed straight away for the starter kit and watch, received the starter kit yesterday

Not arsed about the watch really more interested in the case which a lot of people hate but I really like it

I think the case is spot on, don't understand all the hate towards it, same here about the watch not arsed at all, will probably flog it cheap
