You'd have to contact the relevant PR agency rather than try on here. I will say that it depends on the reach of your YouTube channel has as well as how active you are within Samsung circles To be honest it's very difficult even if you know someone.
Unfortunately this is the wrong place to ask, besides the NDA creators have to sign means they are not allowed to disclose anything. Doing so could cause all sorts of problems for them.
