Problems accessing some bank functions

I bought a new Samsung Galaxy Flip Z 7 and I'm having difficulty accessing some functions in my bank's apps, I had to go back to using my old Apple cell phone to access all my bank's functions, it's very strange that I don't have access on my new cell phone, does anyone have the same problem?

Do you use a device for the german market and also a german bank?

I bought the new cell phone directly through klarna bank on the Samsung website, and it is from this bank that I am having difficulty accessing the data. The old phone I previously bought from Telekon which works well! I have already contacted my bank and all the data was provided 5 times and still the problem continues, and last night I did this on my old cell phone and managed to access it. Even my Brazilian bank was unable to access the data and balance. 😰

I'm loving my Samsung so much, could it be my device?! Even though I purchased directly from the Samsung website, even the address that came in the box when it arrived was Germany. And I live in Germany😭

Now is clear that you have a device which is able for all updates here. Did you install all updates till now ?

Even Google Play ? Click on Softwareinformation > Google Play Systemupdate. New Version should be : 01.August 2025

Hello, I think I have the same problem. I have had a problem with the Klarna app since I started flip 7. I can't access my card details. I should re-verify myself every time. I didn't have this problem with my old device.

This is the same problem I'm having. I've been trying to access Klarna data for 8 days and I always do an identity check and it's still the same. Yesterday I did the same process on my previous phone and everything worked fine, except on my Samsung😮‍💨
