I ordered the Samsung Galaxy Fold2 on preorder on 10th September and am still waiting even though they can now be purchased in a shop. I can’t get through to anyone to advise on a date I can expect Delivery. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service. Has anyone else encountered this problem, or are able to impart any information?
