Pre-ordered delays

I pre-ordered my Z3 fold 24 August. They promised 10 September delivery. So far, no updates from Samsung on when if ever they are going to deliver. Contacting the customer service is pointless as you only get standard statements.

@stonedlion: I'm really sorry to hear that you're experiencing a delay with your order, as I know you must be eager to get you hands on your new Galaxy Z Fold3. I understand that you have been in touch previously, however the Shop Team are best placed to provide updates on the progress of the order, and can be reached on 0330 726 7467. Right now for the Fold³ I'm looking at the 24th of September.

Don't believe that. When I ordered in August, delivery date was 10 September.

Same for me, sansung took my cash on 11th September, phone due 24th, now its 27th and no phone
