Phone speakers don't work only when screen is open

Something very strange happening with my z fold 3. When screen is fully open, no audio. As I close the screen it gets to a point where the audio works. With the phone closed and only using front screen it works fine. Any ideas? Possibly bad cables inside??

Can you visit a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre so they can have hands on with the phone ?

If not you may have to arrange to send it away to Samsung.
