Phone is lifeless

Hi all,

Don't know if anyone is able help me at all, before I go through samsung care.
I've purchased my fold 4 back in November, and today it went completely dead on me, granted battery was drained so I've put in on charge about 1pm and at 3pm it was still stuck on charging wheel, but no actual charging was happening as it was just displaying it. I am just wondering if anyone has had this issue before and if there is a solution before I ship my phone off...
P.s. I have tried a 45w brick, standard 25w brick and 15w, nothing seems to be working.

Update 30/06

Had to book the phone in for repair only available time is for 11th of July😑, so now we wait for service personnel to come out and fix this.
 
**UPDATE 01/09**

Phone is finally fixed and back in my hands. After waiting for the whole summer literally. 
Both batteries were shot so they got replaced, and because they had to take the main screen out, they replaced it as well fully comp'ed. 

Phone works beautifully now, just a shame that it had to be dragged out for so long.

Have you tried wireless charging to see if it starts taking a charge?
If it won't, and you've checked the port for obstruction of anything foreign. Then I'd take it straight in for repair.

Just testing wireless charging, will if this will work, and yeah checked the port and seems to be clean and no debri in a way.

Leave the phone on charge overnight.

Try holding down the volume and the power button to get a soft reboot. Hope this helps

I tried that but all the phone does is just buzz and goes back to charging mode, seems like I will need to bring this in to repair....

Remote support will diagnose this situation also how are you able to message if you can't use your phone lol I'm lost???

Hey just a quick one, how can service center access my phone if its flat? Wouldn't they access the current phone that I'm using as I don't need help with my 22 😅
