Outgoing calls can't understand the person I call

I got the Z fold 3 and had issues everything I made an outgoing call, sound was so bad I returned the handset. Now I have the Z fold 4 and having the same issue. Basically £2000 for what should be a phone but it's just a tablet. Love thee phone too, gutted.

What happens if you put your sim card into another different phone and make a call ?

Does this happen everywhere you go ?

Can you insert another sim card into your own phone, and then see what happens too @Miki_Watt72

When I put the SIM in my old note 8 I can make outgoing calls no problems with the sound. It happens most places but at my home is definitely worse for some reason. I love the phone too.
