According to a revised schedule which was noticed on the Samsung Members App  the Flip 5 will receive the upate sometime in May https://9to5google.com/2025/04/16/samsung-updated-one-ui-7-rollout-schedule-through-july/

S25 Ultra rollout has already started. It has reached Korea, expect US then EU.

Suspect sometime in the next week or two.
I am not employed by Samsung nor do I receive any remuneration as a Samsung Members Star.

My device is an S25 Ultra.
