One UI 7: Ticking sound on music track change

Since I've upgraded my Fold5 to the recent OneUI 7 firmware I have this awefully annoying ticking sound whenever the next music track is played. This occurs with Spotify, Samsung Music and even YouTube Music. So that means it's not related to Spotify in my opinion, what I first asumed. With OneUI 6 I hadn't this behaviour.

Does anybody know what causes this behavior? I'm using GoodLock with nearly all the plugins if that's the possible culprit.

On ui7 ive not experienced this nor heard of this before- So id like to assume this is something within a 3rd party factor.

Boot into Safe mode and see if this continues?
power off the device completely. Then, power it back on and as soon as the Samsung logo appears, press and hold the Volume Down button until the device finishes booting.

If it stops in safe mode its safe to say its not your device/ nor ui7 but a 3rd party character
