My flip phone ,the screen protector is coming of in middle and starting to affect the screen

With some models Samsung offer a one time replacement of the screen protector. 

Please contact Samsung support directly and or a Samsung Service Centre for support.

Peel the protector off.
I did this a year ago and my screen is good as new.
I think wireless charging made my protector blister,it only happened after I started using wireless charging on my Flip3.
