No Tracked 48 label inside new phone

What to do if Samsung didn’t send tracked 48 label. I need to return A used phone in 7 days and no label came with the new phone

My story...   Now it is 14 days not 7. Already talked to support they said the old information.

And about Return Label, call 03307267467. They sent me a label by email in 20 minutes. Good luck.

@Members_lAopJHD: The packaging needed to return your existing device as part of the Trade In offer can sometimes arrive a few days after you receive your new phone, so please don't worry.
