Again  I am without internet yet showing connected to the WiFi I constantly have this problem especially if I update been on to provider and mobile they say no problems I wish I had never bought this phone a lot of money for a useless phone

Hey @Members_xU84IUx, hope you're having a great weekend! Without knowing exactly what you've been dealing, with my recommendation would be to send an Error report. If you're unsure how, see the "How do I submit an Error Report" section here:

That way, the engineers can take a look and find you a solution.
