Galaxy Z Fold | Z Flip

Hi I have just ordered a Z flip 3 with Samsung finance, the order was on hold but confirmed. I'm assuming that this was to pass all the financing hurdles. as yet I haven't had a confirmation email or any email regarding the finance, so I'm not sure if i have even got my new phone or not. has anyone else had this kind of experience.

Might be worth checking your Spam email in boxes too.

If you haven't heard anything on Monday then I'd suggest to call the Samsung Online Shop Team and they'll clarify the status of your order.
