Hi everyone, I have the galaxy fold 2 5g and there was a new update on it yesterday and since I downloaded it to my phone it is causing problems. It keeps shutting down, I can't use my finger print to unlock as I did before and I am having to open my phone like I would when I have shut it down. I'm not amused as only had this phone since the 2nd of June and this is happening 😤

Hi. Sorry to hear you are having problems. After an update, clearing your cache partition may help.

Unfortunately I do not have a PC! So how do I get it sorted without one?

If you have USB-C headphones, connect those as that should work. If you don't, ask some nice person if you can use their PC or pop in to your carrier.

sometimes if you do a Restart that can make things better again , just go to where you switch it off & click on Restart & see if that helps .
