Never receive my Z flip 3 form Samsung shop !

Hi,

I have order a Z flip 3 on Samsung shop online store. After 1 week i still don t have it !

They only send the watch who was free with the smartphone order....

Really disapapointed what a shame ! I have order many Galaxy smartphone on the past on this official website but will never deal with them again !

Have you tried speaking with Samsung customer support?
Go into the Get Help section on the Members App for the number.
What does it say on your order status online?
Could be there's a delay due to stock shortage etc
