My Z Fold 3: First Impressions!

My first impressions of my Z Fold 3.

I'm really liking it.

It's not my first foldable, I had the Z Flip before.

Box was smaller than I expected. But a really nice design and very sturdy.

The front of the box is flat, but the design gives it fold look.

I got the silver colour, and I'm not disappointed with it at all.

It's got a really nice satin finish look. When the light gets at different angles, it kind of has an iridescent look to it with a reddish colour tinge.

The design looks really nice in person. 

The build quality feels top of the range as well. It feels sturdy.

The screens are just brilliant. Currently in these photos I have the vivid setting on.

But they look really sharp.

The main screen looks just wow. The sharpness to my eyes looks stunning. 

I'm still in the process of setting up in these photos.

Using it is really comfortable for me and as I have large hands, I can hold it easily in one hand. 

So as my setting up goes on. I'm really looking forward to using it more and when the S Pen arrives, it will improve my user experience even more

Got mine earlier today, my case and s pen arrived at the same time, it's so good I can't stop thinking of reasons to unfold it! The camera is t quite as good as my note 20 ultra. But I'm not a massive shooter anyway

Sadly my starter kit didn't arrive with my phone.
Hopefully this coming week it will arrive.
I know what you mean about opening it. Just a beautiful display

I got mine today too, loving it so far. I'm having trouble registering it in my Samsung account though, have you been able to?

Yeah it took me a couple of goes I do have to say.
Found resetting the password seemed to do the trick

Got my Fold 3 today but Samsung Pay is in German and currently says it can't be used on the phone. It seems to be common to both the Fold 3 and Flip 3....

Oh I haven't looked at setting that up yet.
The phones are out early and with the 1st July security patch.
Probably next week or so we will get a software update.
I'm afraid, getting stuff first like us means we are early adopters.
So initially if there are any issues, it will be earlier on

Can you use Google Pay in the interim.

I asked another recent owner of the fold³ what the phone's inner screen is like for watching YouTube videos etc and their response was a positive one.

How about for you @Glenntech 

What's your thought's on the fold line down the centre  ? Noticeable or not ? 

So far many reviews and personal opinions on the fold³ have been positive on this truly awesome piece of hardware and software.  👍

The inner screen I'm using most of the time. Beautiful display
Personally the fold line is not noticeable to me
I guess if you are looking for it, at certain angles will see a bit.
But in normal use I don't
