Downloaded the latest update for the flip4, screen doesn't time out, so the screen stays on unless you turn the screen off. Not good, tried putting phone off and on again, still no luck. Please fix the issue

Change the time out in the settings. No need to fix anything as you can opt for a setting that suits you.

Doesn't matter if the setting is changed, no matter what setting is used the screen still doesn't sleep after the period is over.

My Flip 4 screen times out as usual with the latest update.

Please run the diagnostic tool in your Samsung Members app to see if this highlights anything !

Also a Samsung Service Centre can take a look at your phone.
