Hi i am just new here i bought samsung z fold 4. i have counter that i want to claim my rewards, suddenly i put my IMEI the message is the IMEI already been use. i report to EE they told me that is the problem of samsung. i report to samsung until now no respond from them.

If it was the ee network that supplied the phone to you on a contract @yenysoyuji then they as the merchant have a Duty of Care to provide support.

i already do that. they told me i need to report in samsung. no repond also from samsung.
