Recently the screen on my flip 4 broke (shocking I know), I got them to come and pick it up for repairs under the warranty and i cant seem to find any information about my phone other than confirmation that it has been picked up. I hope I'm not the only one as I'm worried about my phone and I just want to know when it will arrive. I cant lie this experience has made me doubt going with Samsung. wouldn't get this kinda malarkey with other phones!!

When was your phone picked up may I ask ?
What is the tracking system advising ?
Although you cannot be helped from here in regards to giving you information from Samsungs Repair Systems as this is not a support avenue for repairs, but we are here to listen and guide as fellow customers and forum members.
