Have anybodys klana payments been paused yet?

I took delivery of my fold 4 on the upgrade program last week, but the next payment for my fold 3 is due to come out next week, as is the 1st payment on the fold 4.

I remember last year samsung paused the payments for 30 days, but that doesn't seem to have happened this time.

Haven't received a return pack either.

Ask for a refund through samsung for any over payments. I had 7 months refunded to me due to my phone being accidently blocked by a telecoms company in Germany! I had to pay both and then when the immigration number was unblocked the phone went through recycling and kana ended that contract

The return pack is your delivery box and I think the invoice that should come 24-48 hours after delivery might have return details. It is very confusing by samsung, they say returns envelope will be sent but it takes ages to sort it

Last year when my fold 3 came the returns pack came the day after with a separate label etc. The email specifically says not to yse the returns box amf label that comes with the new phone
