Z flip 5 will not recognise fingerprint in closed position. It's ok in open position

Mine does this as well sometimes. Not sure why I just tap the screen and put in a code or sometimes just waking up the screen allows it to work as well.

Hello! I'm new to Samsung and using a Galaxy Z Flip 5. I'm encountering an "automatic background blurred" function when I take selfies with the front camera in Facebook Messenger. I didn't configure "keep filters" in the camera settings. Could anyone advise me on how to disable this feature?
Besides, I noticed it will turn "normal" (clear background) after the phone restarts. But 2nd attempt in the next second, it goes back to a blurred background. It's very frustrating indeed!!!

Galaxy Z flip 3.. while I was reading something with the phone sitting on my counter, a black wave appeared from the bottom, rising to the fold and stopping just above it, looks like a wave, it then made a noise the coloured lights racing around the edge in full circle, rest of the screen went dingy yellow the stopped.. I have not been able to use it since, although I still get alarms I set, texts, and calls when SIM was still dwelling in there, but I cannot read or answer the calls. My data need retrieving I can't get at it, what I have managed to get is 1% of what is on there, apparently no data was backed up either in Samsung or Google 😫 even though I had it set to automatic!
Thing is I'm disabled and that phone was a lifeline to the outside world for EVERYTHING literally 🙄
Now, because I had an 'out of brain' (not body) event I then accidently locked myself out of my laptop 😵😡 arrggghhh...
I'm back in now but I need what is on that frickin phone.

I have tried lots of things including speaking to Samsung tech guys, and myself too but so far I'm at a loss because even though the phone is on I cannot give it permission to connect with anything etc. I need to connect it to my Samsung TV to then mirror the screen, over WiFi & smarthings I've done it with the new Z flip5 a lovely kind friend bought me, it works wonderfully mirrored on the TV I can even control it with the remote control, I just need to find an HDMI USB C cable that will connect my phone to the TV, can anyone help me?
