Purchased a Flip5 phone on pre order and got 2 days later, following day it went wrong and was sent back the next day. It's now been 7 days and we still don't know what's happening, I have lost faith in Samsung as things like this keep happening.

Involve you credit card company now, DO NO TRUST SAMSUNG.

Demand a full refund and maybe buy again, DO NO LET THEM REPAIR A DUD.
