Galaxy Z Flip3 and temperature outside

Hello everybody. I heard that the phone is not recommended to open / close outside if the air temperature is below 0'C ?? Is it true? I didn't find anything about this in the User Manual !!!!

I've not heard about that myself.
Think if the phone were to get that cold, then possibly. I've not heard anyone having an issue on previous Fold phones.
Phones are usually in pockets or in bags anyway, so shielded from extremes.
I'm sure in product quality testing, stuff like this would have been addressed
