My phone had a black line across the fold when I turned it on throughout the day the black spread over the screen unable to use phone still under warranty with EE they won't do anything with it stating its a common fault with this phone & to get in touch with Samsung the phone has not been dropped or damaged

I've heard stories where Samsung has refused to fix that state because the phone had other dents or scuffs. Take good care of the phone and dont take your time. Reach out to Sammy now now.
