Black line down centre of middle screen which their is plenty post on forums, but Samsung will deny that there is a fault with screen cover which has come away and stopped right screen from working.  They're trying to blame me but can't explain how I damage screen.
£409 for repair so the phone which is not a year old will cost me £1900 to have 12month use
Will be writing to BBC watch dog and I hope other people with same problem will do the same.
This is my second fold, fold 2 had a screen replaced under warranty
Will not buy another fold.

Has the factory fitted screen protector been removed @mdata or is it still attached.

If it's been removed then Samsung may suggest the screen was damaged during the removal which isn't covered under the 2 year manufacturers warranty unfortunately.

My Fold³ protector had delamination so I removed it and all was fine.

You could raise a ticket with Samsung to try and escalate this and look at the Consumer-Rights-Act-2015

I have escalate the problem with Samsung, waiting for outcome.

Hi @mdata

The factory fitted screen protector on my Fold³ delaminated down the crease part which instigated me removing it myself and continued using the phone as normal.

Removing the protector in my case didn't affect the phone's display in anyway.

I would get an independent phone expert to give up a write up on the problem.
