Galaxy Flip4 Wi-Fi 6e (HE160) not onboard in Germany?

My wife just got a Flip4 and we sadly find out that phone is unable to see the Wi-Fi 6e only home network. The shopping expert on samsung.com/de chat, advised that it should be able to connect while it is supporting HE160. Even though the phone was just started for the first time, I still did a network reset as advised by technical. After some time chat dropped and I was busy elsewhere. 

Another crazy thing is that samsung.com/de website does not have a webpage where you can look for the Flip4 specifications(???) and have to rely on international website samsung.com. 

What I know for sure is that the Unifi U6 Enterprise (Wi-Fi 6e) and my Fold3 (Wi-Fi 6e) were bought in Germany, means country already approved the HE160 band use.

I did a reboot on access point as well.

Now, any idea why I am not able to connect or even see the network?

auch die deutschen Galaxy Z Flip4 Modelle unterstützen Wi-Fi 4, 5, 6 (2,4 GHz + 5 GHz), HE160, MIMO, 1024-QAM.

Findest du mit dem Gerät denn andere Netzwerke ohne Probleme?

Hallo @KiraF. Ich habe kein Problem mit 2.5 und 5Ghz Netzwerke. Es gibt ein Problem nur mit 6Ghz Netzwerk.

@razvanpas Bitte versuche die Netzwerkeinstellungen deines Smartphones zurückzusetzen: "Menü > Einstellungen > Allgemeine Verwaltung > Zurücksetzen > Zurücksetzen von Netzwerkeinstellungen" Ist es danach besser oder unverändert?
