I'm having real trouble trying to get free samsung watch 

Any help would be very appreciated

If its part of a buy one get one free deal, you'll need to go to the samsung promotions Web page

That links for the UK and Ireland, so if you're outside of there, a Web search along those lines should get you to where you need to be.

In this Members app at the very top there are currently 5 " pages" of Samsung stuff - scroll through them and one of them is for claiming the free watch if you bought a Flip 3 - tap on it and should take you to the claim process. That's where I did mine
