Hi any one able to help how I claim my free Samsung watch after purchasing a z flip 3 the claim form I tried doesn't like today's date

It should be in the Samsung Members App on the new phone @lotts and would have had to been claimed for within the eligibility dates. If your past these then your claim won't be validated I'm afraid.
