Free Offer with Flip4

I just bought the Flip 4 and availed of the 350 euro off my old phone. That worked out well. I then got a 100 euro voucher to buy some from the E Shop and I bought the Earbuds Pro. Now I realise that I could have gotten these free after buying the Flip 4. Can I get my money back?

Happened the same as me
Mine are on their way, so too late to cancel.
But here, as long as they are still sealed, I can return them.
But to be honest, with the £100 voucher and £30 trade in. My buds I ordered are £89
The ones I can claim. Just sell one set or gift as a present

In the UK you can return within 14 days and get a full refund as long as you have not used. Not sure in rules in other countries.

Any idea how you get hold of the £100 voucher? I'm struggling with it

If you take a look there’s loads of threads on this. In summary though the voucher should have been in outer Samsung box the phone box came in.

Double check in the in-transit Box and if the voucher definitely isn't in there then contact the Samsung Online Shop Team to ask.

No. you won't get your voucher credit back. I am in the similar situation and was told by Samsung the refund will only for the money you actually paid and not the voucher.

I ordered my flip 4 and in the box was 4 vouchers £100 each instead 1... Happy days
