I claimed them on 3rd September as that's when my fold 4 came , so around 3 weeks ?

Can anyone help i am going in endless circles claiming m y buds2 pro and note pack, I have submitted screen shots, photos of the box IMEI and they keep saying we need more information (the IMEI), is there a direct email or number to call.
