Can anyone help i am going in endless circles claiming m y buds2 pro and note pack, I have submitted screen shots, photos of the box IMEI and they keep saying we need more information (the IMEI), is there a direct email or number to call.

Many thanks @DannyT spoke to a nice helpful guy, somehow I must have entered the wrong IMEI in the original application, in the end all sorted.
